Many Ramadhan children’s books are overshadowed by many popular Muslim children Ramadhan books. While it’s their rizq, I also believe that it’s necessary to showcase other underdogs who deserve the spotlight too.

1. Ramadan Without Daddy by Misbah Akhtar.

It portrays the reality of many single mothers and their children during the blessed month of Ramadhan. Mr. Ramadhan Moon is one of the cutest and creative children’s story I have ever read. Mr. Ramadhan Moon is also a nice and welcomed change from the assumption that the moon is of female gender.
